Here's the finished project after Becky finished laying the tile. What's not pictured to the left though is more work we did. We took out a built in pantry, added floor cabinets on either side of the stove and tiled counters on top of them, hung cabinets over the stove, and installed an over the range microwave oven. Eventually the cabinets shown will get new doors to match the new ones on the opposite side and the kitchen repainted.
