Bummer! Well, it was a small town in Texas where the police gave out “Tickets for Tots.” Instead of a mandatory ticket, they give people the opportunity to donate a toy to needy families in the area. The donation is voluntary, but the report said about 90% of the ticketed people decide to donate. So everyone benefits! I thought it was pretty cool.
