For those of you who missed the memo. . .

In case you didn’t catch it, Josh has set up a family blog for us. The posting about that (with a link) is on here, just scroll down to find it. Josh is managing it, so don’t expect it to be cute or anything. It’s functional. And pretty random.

But there are some links to pictures on it, and there is also a post by me that you may be interested in reading if you haven’t already.

Also, I’m pregnant. More details on that on our blog.

Cheers!
Andrea

Officially Official

OK, so to be completely truthful, there are some things that aren’t official just yet. Like the date. Tentatively it is set for Nov. 28. And I guess colors are tentatively set for ivory, brown, and tiffany blue. Don’t know why those, specific ones, I just let the girl do the pickin’. And the tentative reception place would be in Austin, not McAllen.
Officially official is now we are engaged. I officially proposed last night and she said yes. Hooray!
Here are some pics from the family reunion I went to, and here are ones from July 4th. Any specific questions/comments/concerns/stories/money handing out directed towards me are welcome.

Free Dog – 7/14 Wienerschnitzel Celebrates National Hot Dog Month

Wienerschnitzel is celebtrating National Hot Dog Month tomorrow, Tuesday 7/14, by giving away free chili dogs or ice cream cones at participating locations. Visit www.wienerschnitzel.com for a coupon. Check their store locator to see if the location nearest you is participating. (All of the ones here are).

The Wiener Wagon stopped by the station this morning and gave us all combo meals (ice cream included). I’d forgotten how much I love their corn dogs. But it was a mistake to eat chili fries for second breakfast. I may just give the chili cheese dog to the IT guy in the next office.

Enjoy!

A blog

So, I was browsing the internet the other day, and I guess I/we have a blog.

It’s mostly so I have somewhere to write the lame things I think are funny so that I don’t forget them.

Maybe someday when we’re uppa class and can afford a digital camera it will be even cooler.

Anyway, it’s right here.

Happy Birthday!

Just wanted to post a quick Happy Birthday to Jon Gries, the guy who plays “Uncle Rico” on Napolean Dynamite. He’s most famous for trying to throw a football over a mountain. He failed. This was after traveling back in time and playing Broots from The Pretender Series.
And then there’s Venus Williams. She’s black. And she plays tennis. She also thinks she has a sense of fashion. I’ve heard many disagree.
And most importantly, there’s musician Barry Manilow. Whoopdedoo.
See Chris, don’t you gots some good company?
Happy Birthday Chris!
